Refund Policy:

If a donor wishes to request a refund, they may do so within 7-10 days of the donation date, provided that they can provide proper evidence to support their claim. However, if the donation was made towards a specific project and the project has been implemented within ten days of the donation, then a refund cannot be issued.

The refund process will be completed after the application for a refund is submitted, within 7-10 days.

In cases of general donations, a refund may be requested within 7-10 days of the donation date if the donation has yet to be allocated towards a specific project that has been implemented. However, once a project has been implemented, no refund can be issued. It’s important to note that proper evidence must always be provided for refund requests.

For proper project implementation, an administrative body is required. The necessary expenses for the administrative body are categorized under Administrative Costs (Admin Costs).

Admin Costs Include:

Staff Salaries: Salaries for management staff and other administrative employees.

Daily Office Expenses: Electricity, water, internet, and telephone bills, etc.

Equipment & Furniture: Computers, printers, furniture, stationery, and other necessary supplies.

Legal & Accounting Costs: Audit fees, lawyer fees, legal consultations, and tax-related expenses.

Transportation & Logistics Costs: Travel expenses for staff and management teams for official work.

Fundraising & Marketing Expenses: Costs for donor outreach, promotional activities, website maintenance, social media marketing, etc.

Training & Skill Development Costs: Expenses for training programs and workshops to enhance staff efficiency.

Security Expenses: Office security measures, fire safety, etc.

IT & Software Costs: Subscription fees for accounting software, cloud storage, email services, etc.
